5:35pm- Meeting called to order with 9 in attendance.

5:35pm- Fund Requests
KG to the ZOO (375.00 for buses) APPROVED

4th grade to the High School for a musical (APPROVED)

2nd grade to the Deanna Rose Farm (APPROVED)

5:39pm- Our cookie dough fundraiser collected $5,940.00 in sales. We are waiting on an invoice to show what we owe them and how much we made!

5:40: CARNIVAL: It’s coming along!! (Next year we must start planning it very early if we want donations). Country Mart is donating 300 hot dogs and buns. Party Store donated 150 filled balloons, I have received some raffle items, Prizes are bought, the cakewalk donation letter for parents has been sent for approval and will then go out to parents in next week’s (18th) folder. Raffle letter will be in today folder!!! More emails will be coming out about carnival soon.

5:45pm- Kari can go out and get stuff for the cotton candy, sno-cone and pop corn machine. Planning for 300 students.

5:53pm- Next year’s meetings will be on the 3rd Monday of every month at 5:30pm.

5:59pm- Streetwise Cuisine will have the lunch box meals next week.

6:01pm- We would like to have a phone dialer go out when it comes time for cookie dough pick up.

6:06pm- there were 2 top sellers for the fundraiser. They will receive a sash and crown and will be recognized at the school assembly on May 8th.

6:08pm- The top selling class will receive a pizza party on May 8th.

6:11pm- Teacher appreciation is May 6-10.
