APPLE PARTY!

Our Kindergarten Apple Party will be coming up this Friday, September 29th.  Parents/Guardians/Grandparents are invited to attend.  The party will be from 1:30-2:00 p.m.  Please let us know if you are able to send in something apple flavored by this Monday.  Thank you!

For the week of September 11-15

David Brewer's 1st book fair of the year is this week.  It opens tomorrow, Monday, Sept. 11 @ 8:30.
The hours are as follows...
Monday- 8:30-4:00
Tuesday- 8:30-4:00
Wednesday- 10:00-4:00 (Late start day)
Thursday- 8:30-4:00
Friday- 8:30-1:00

Grandparents are invited to come eat lunch with their Kindergartener from 10:40-11:10  on Thursday, September 14, and then can take them to the book fair if they wish.

If grandparents are not able to make it is totally understandable.  You can either take your child to the book fair after school and/or send money with your child to school in an envelope marked BOOKFAIR money, and then one of our wonderful teacher's aides can take them.

We are looking forward to another great week!

WAY TO GO!

Mrs. Brice/Mrs. Sherer's class earned their very first 50 character tokens for awesome behavior! Congrats to them!  They were able to wear their pajamas to school and eat some yummy popcorn.  Now we start back at 0 and after they earn 75, they voted to bring a stuffed animal from home, so stay tuned.  It's a joy to work with your child each and every day.  We want them to love school and feel safe and welcome.  Always feel free to share with us any questions, comments, concerns, that you might have.  Have a great weekend!  (I'll post more pictures soon!)

Mrs. Brice

Just a few things...

 1. I am so proud of all of our Kindergarteners! They are doing such a wonderful job and it is so fun to talk with each and every one of them throughout the week.
2.  This week you should have received a note stating who your child's reading teacher is.  If you did not get this note, please let me know.  We started reading groups on Monday.  Feel free to ask me any questions you might have.
3.  All fundraiser orders need to be sent in by Tuesday, September 5th.
4. Always feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, concerns.  We are a team!

Enjoy your labor day weekend!

Take care,

Mrs. Brice
